Noble Square
Noble Square Real Estate
Located on Chicago’s Near West Side south of Ukrainian Village, Noble Square is essentially a pocket West Town neighborhood that’s centered more on living than playing. It does boasts number of notable restaurants, bars and shops, but its streets are primarily lined with residential real estate offerings—with charming single-family homes, gut rehab two-flats and three-flats dating back to the turn of the century in addition to the kind of low-rise condos and new construction condominium complexes available in most parts of the Windy City.
Noble Square Neighborhood Information
Chicago’s Noble Square is known for its laid-back living and down-to-Earth social scene. Dive bars, Eastern European and Polish restaurants with patios and terraces, posh coffee shops and charming locally owned boutiques coexist. Residents tend to described Noble Square as "cool, but not pretentious" and in point of fact, that’s a good way to sum up its vibe. It sits just southwest of the residential blocks of Lincoln Park and Bucktown, and just northwest of the bustling nightlife of West Loop and River North, giving its homeowners easy access to the best of both worlds.
Noble Square Accessibility
Though not as conveniently situated as other West Town neighborhoods like Ukrainian Village or Wicker Park, the Kennedy expressway does run right through Noble Square, and CTA bus routes service Chicago, Grand, and North Avenues and Division Street, giving commuters access to the Downtown Loop and the rest of the Windy City.
