River West / Fulton Market
Fulton River District Real Estate
Situated within West Loop and one of Chicago’s newest, fastest growing but smallest recognized neighborhoods, the Fulton River District also known as River West was originally dominated by warehouses. The area’s so new in fact that even its recognized boundaries are even arguable. Not so long ago, Fulton River District meant the area bounded by Carroll Avenue, Aberdeen Street, Lake Street and the I-94 expressway. But many would now say that the area stretches as far north as Hubbard and as far west as May Street. However it’s defined, the glamorous high-rise condos and luxury mid-rise condominiums and stylish loft spaces for sale in this West Loop neighborhood represent some of the Windy City’s most sought after residential real estate offerings.
